The Beginnings of Somis Home Study…
Somis Home Study began over 15 years ago in the garage of our founder Pam Owens.   This homeschooling pioneer in Ventura County brought this Program to Somis over 15 years ago and helped other programs find a beginning in this diverse community.  Pam's dedication to students and learning is evident in every aspect of her life.  Even in her "retirement", Pam continues to be an innovator in the area of  home school education.
